Screw Away Challenge is a native mobile application and does not rely on traditional browser cookies. However, certain in-app components — such as embedded web views used for support pages, partner offers, and external content — may use the following tracking technologies:

  • Session storage — temporary data cleared when the web view closes.
  • Local storage — used to remember preferences within the same web view session.
  • Pixel tags & SDK identifiers — used by our advertising partners to measure ad performance.

You can clear app data at any time through your device settings. Clearing app data removes all locally stored identifiers managed by Screw Away Challenge.

15 California Shine the Light

California Civil Code §1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law) permits California residents to request, once per calendar year, information regarding any disclosure of their personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct-marketing purposes.

Screw Away Challenge does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. To submit a Shine the Light request or to confirm this status in writing, email aigul.b89@gmail.com with the subject line "Shine the Light Request".

16 Minors' Data Protection

Screw Away Challenge is not designed for, and is not directed at, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
